Project Description
Duck TV is the University of Oregon’s student-run television network + professional practicum. Providing hands-on, real-world broadcasting experience for students interested in media, journalism, + entertainment, the program was geared towards broadcast students within the University of Oregon School of Journalism + Communication (SOJC). I was part of the cast for the show “Franken Affairs,” which was produced/ aired during Spring of 2014, serving as primary Video Editor.
Franken Affairs was a Shakespere-inspired drama with dialogue written in Elizabethan English/ iambic pentameter. The plot centered about a king haunted by an omen that he would be “slain by the fairest in the land,” unraveling into a plot filled with mystery, conspiracy + murder.
